MyWaterloo is no longer available for Email because the installed software configuration is no longer in the support window, and we cannot renew our SSL certificate for the server in its current state.

New MyWaterloo services are likely to be made available in the coming term, but they will not include Email because IST is discontinuing MailServices accounts and the prefered client will be either Connect Email for staff/faculty or Microsoft's cloud offering for students.

Those needing access to MailServices are suggested to connect to Squirrel Mail or see IST's Web site to learn how to move to another Email server.
